Our Story

Plant Services Group was founded through an opportunity to carry forward the standards, discipline, and technical rigor developed within the internal maintenance and construction organization of a large industrial owner-operator. Working inside complex, high-consequence operating environments shaped our approach to safety, planning, and execution, and those principles continue to guide how we work today.

Since then, PSG has evolved into a full-service industrial partner supporting mission-critical facilities across multiple industries. We have grown deliberately, building our teams and leadership around experienced project managers, supervisors, and craftsmen who understand live operations and complex assets. Because our leadership has worked inside large industrial organizations, we understand the challenges owners face when working with third-party contractors. PSG was built to remove those friction points through disciplined execution, strong field leadership, and uncompromising quality.
